B-Rex burger (or Byron-
In the meantime, I never tried B-Rex Burger before. So, when I was invited to try it, I immediately said “yes”; and yesterday attended a special celebration for the return of beloved burger.
The celebration happened at the original restaurant at High Street Kensington. When I arrived with my friend, we were greeted by the lovely staff members with drinks and gifts. We decided to skip the starter and it was a good decision. The burgers were delicious and full-filling. We both chose B-Rex burgers. It is a classic hamburger patty topped with an onion ring, plus crispy smoked bacon and American cheese; with Jalapenos, sliced pickles, onion, BBQ sauce and a little mayonnaise. There were also options for chicken lovers and vegetarians.
For dessert, we chose the Oreo Cheesecake Freakshake. It is called that with a reason. This shake is a vanilla & chocolate milkshake with a slice of Oreo cheesecake, chocolate sauce, Oreo ice cream sandwich and whipped cream. It was very delicious but I was barely able to finish it. There was an opportunity to add some toppings and personalise the shake… But it was not needed for the Oreo Cheesecake Freakshake.
To celebrate the return of B-Rex, Byron invited street artist Will Vibes. He painted B-Rex live while guests enjoyed their meal. Will is one of the most versatile muralist in London. He painted walls privately and commercially, legally and illegally for twenty years.
B-Rex burger will be available on Byron‘s menu from the 12th of February. Head to one of the restaurants and enjoy it!
