First time I attended Jog On To Cancer three years ago and enjoyed the event very much. I’ve got a chance to see my favorite band The Script and some other bands performing live. And I partied together with the local and international celebrities including Marvin Humes, Jake Quickenden, Luke Friend, Conor Maynard, Joe McElderry. Atomic Kitten’s Liz McClarnon, Gabrielle, Matt Cardle, Made In Chelsea star Ollie Locke and Sinitta and others were amongst the guests.
But most importantly, I supported Cancer Research charity. I believe this horrible illness affects many families. My great-grandfather died because of cancer. The host of the event James Ingham who is showbiz editor of The Daily Star.
Jog On 2018
I am amongst the lucky ones who is attending Jog On To Cancer at Cafe de Paris this week. I haven’t been to this venue for a long time and almost forgot how beautiful it was. The stage is small, however, it was a perfect fit for the beautiful performances of the evening. Possibly the best thing about the venue was that people were able to enjoy performances from any sides of Cafe de Paris. I don’t like when I can not see the singers or bands well.
The evening started with the amazing performance of the hottest male strippers band in the UK “The Dreamboys”. They did not only perform their hot Police routine but was also spending the time in the crowd chatting with the guests. I enjoyed the performance from 2008 X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, a chart-topping superstar from Girls Aloud Nadine Coyle. Finland’s hope at this years Eurovision and X Factor star Saara Aalto and S Club 3 also performed at the event. Peter Andre was giving an amazing speech about cancer.
People were actively bidding on the auction too. Prizes varied from the opportunities to attend favorite shows to the holidays at amazing locations or staying at the gorgeous hotels. People also bid for the opportunities to get their photos on OK magazine or Daily Star.
I enjoyed my time very much and can’t wait to see what James Ingham is planning for the next year.
